Namaste,

My name is Iva. I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher based in London.

Coming from a Contemporary Dance background and the study of dance performance, the Alexander technique and improvisation, I have always loved natural and organic movement.
This led me to yoga and my journey to India where I began this unique yoga quest.

I see yoga as a way of living and my goal is to lead  people through the practise and towards a better lifestyle, encouraging them to explore their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states.

Yoga is freedom, it is liberating…it is non-judging. It is the practise of courage, self studying, non-attachment and compassion.

Be your best self and come practise yoga with me in a public, corporate, group or 1-2-1 class.
Expect to embody the yoga practise (the physical and non-physical),
expect to learn about the traditions of yoga,
expect to move and be moved, to have fun..
