Here is a little bit about me...

I started practising Yoga at the age of 17. It wasn’t until I went to university for
my Dance degree that I discovered Ashtanga yoga and its healing benefits.
After graduating I decided to go to India where I met my yoga teacher Yogacharya
Lalit Kumar and my yoga family at the Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa.
I study with them continuously, completing 500 hrs TT as well as a 100 hrs Internship.
I continue to explore and gain knowledge about yoga and other holistic practises through
trainings, CPDs and other resources.

Yoga is all about balance for me and I try my best to make that obvious in all my classes.
The greatest life lessons I have learned on the yoga mat and will be forever grateful for the practise.
I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, as well as meditation, pranayama(breathing) and mindfulness.
Many of my classes are sequenced around the chakras, the elements or the doshas (Ayurveda).
I also love to pay attention to body awareness and anatomy, bringing some playfulness and creativity on the mat.

Hope to see you on the mat, Namaste!
